Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

COVID-19 Update

SHIPPING: Due to the global pandemic beyond our control, DHL, USPS, and FedEx are currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be quarantined by the carrier for delivery at a later date as they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to check your tracking details once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ask that all international customers keep track of your own tracking information and receipt as we will not be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our warehouse. Your return may be delayed in getting back to us due to delays with international carriers.

Our customers and our team remain our top priority. We will continue to update our website if any additional delays are expected. Due to COVID-19, please understand that the estimated shipping time may be delayed during these unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconveniences.

 Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These calculations are based on the fastest and cheapest shipping methods available.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 5-10 miles. 

Local deliveries are made from 9am-6pm on Monday - Sunday. Orders placed before 12pm will receive same day delivery. Any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day. 

Once the item has been delivered you will receive a confirmation email at the email you provided at checkout.

International Shipping (CA, AU)

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These calculations are based on the fastest and cheapest shipping methods available.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Model Off Duty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@themodeloffduty.com with your name and order number, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

For APO, FPO, DPO & PO Boxes: Please select standard shipping. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@themodeloffduty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
